HAUS AUS GLAS SOUNDTRACK is out

The series HAUS AUS GLAS (aka INSIDE A FAMILY) aired on Arte and ARD and is still availble on the channels’ online platforms and the soundtrack album is coming out today.

A drama series with comedy and thriller elements, this well written and well-acted show wasn’t easy to approach and I would like to thank everyone who helped me find the right tone, from the director Alain Gsponer to the Music Supervisor Christoph Becker, but also the editors, producers,….

The score aims at capturing the excitement of a wedding allied with the troubles of a family failing to reunite. The orchestration is sometimes quite classical, with a string quartet, a clarinet and a flute on almost bossa nova rythms, and sometimes electronic, edgy, textural and dissonant.

So many thanks to the director Alain Gsponer for such a nice and close collaboration and for guiding me through the series and encouraging me to experiment as well as improvise on the pictures.

Thank you to music supervisor Christoph Becker for his trust and ideas that truely inspired me.
